Yes you can, but consider the benefits of a seasonal contract:
- Snow will be removed before it has time to build an ice layer on the surface

- Your driveway will be clear for emergency and service vehicles in the event of a fire or a flood from frozen pipes
Core aeration is one of the best things that can be done for your lawn. Our lawns are mostly clay based and are very tight and compacted. Core aeration removes soil cores and reduces compaction and thatch. This also allows for better air, water, and nutrient flow. When removing the soil core, grass roots can then spread out. The healthier the root is, the healthier the plant.

This all is dependent upon when the snow starts to fall and accumulate. We prefer to run our snow removal routes between the hours of 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. because that is the safest time for our operators and equipment due to minimal traffic on the roads. Typically, we’ll services your property once in the morning and then come back to clean up the next morning. Keep in mind, that we can’t always predict how Mother Nature is going to give us the snow. This means we are unable to tell you exactly when we are going to remove your snow. Whether it will be early mornings, evenings, or late night hours.
